“I spent three years working in the Middle East where I became fascinated by the smells I encountered. A luxurious exoticism floats in the air - rich, complex, full of volume. In more than thirty years of training, I have never encountered a culture that has so much affection for the ritual of Perfume, which is truly implemented as part of daily life. This unparalleled experience captivated me; I fell in love with Middle Eastern perfumes and the people who wore them. I created the “Spirit of Union” to translate this feeling, as a sign of deep appreciation for this nation of perfume. The bottle is decorated with a cap bearing Swarovski crystals representing the colors of the flag of the United Arab Emirates.” - Roja Dove Bergamot and Mugwort surround with their freshness a bouquet of Jasmine, Ylang Ylang and Geranium. Then the major note of Taïf Rose is revived by Blackcurrant buds, and a mixture of Cloves, Pink Pepper and Cumin which adds liveliness. The warmth of Guaiac and Aoud Woods, Patchouli, Oak Moss and Papyrus coil into an ultra soft and sensual base note of Benzoin, Labdanum, Cistus and Musk.
